Shirley Susan Reida

Shirley was affiliated with Bethel Baptist and Tyler Road Baptist Church. She loved attending church and reading her bible. She enjoyed visiting Rollings Hills Nursing Home. Shirley was passionate about her family and loved spending time with them.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Nellie Raida and her daughter, Susan Raida.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Stanley L. Reida; her sister, Della Calhoun; her 5 children: Steven Reida, Shawn Reida, Selina Hoover, Stanton Reida and Starlet Kerner; her 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209, US, on May 20, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will take place at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209, US, on May 21, 2026, at 3:00 pm. A Committal Service will be held at Resthaven Gardens of Memory immediately following the service.
