Ms. Violet was always such a pleasure! She was an inspiration, please know that "Grandma Purple" was always so proud of each and everyone of you.  She carried pictures and always had updated stories of each one of you. I loved hearing the stories and the pictures, she was like a grandmother to us all at the pharmacy for years.  God just needed another Angel. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Violet was a woman who truely loved her children. She would do anything for them and at every family gathering she would hav a hand full of picture of children and grandchildren. When I was a young boy I would send part of my summer at Francis and Violets on the farm. What great times to remember. Brother-in law Walt Lacey

I have so many good memories of staying at my Aunt Violet's and Uncle Francis' house. Margie and I were cousins and best friends. We played softball and worked together too. I'm sure the kindness and generosity that was shown to me by the whole family was a reflection of my Aunt Violet's character. What a fantastic life and legacy left by a very special woman. Love you all.

Violet was a very special lady who was always a good friend and neighbor. She always had time for us and Marci and we enjoyed our times with her. She was a woman who wore many hats and wore them well especially mom and friend never turned anyone away who came to visit and went out of her way to do the little things for them. She is in heaven with Francis now looking down on you all and proud you are her family. We will miss her dearly and think of her often miss her in the yard the most tending to her flowers. You all take comfort in the love, peace and strength from Jesus as he surrounds you in His arms during this time. God Bless all of you.

I have known this wonderful lady for over 50 years,  as well as the entire family.  I will always remember her kindness to me and anyone else who entered into her life.  She gave so much to her family and friends by showing her love to them.   She will be missed so much but we do have the assurance that we will meet again.
