Welliver, Winona, 92, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother went to be with the Lord on December 14, 2010. Winona was preceded in death by husband Jessie H. Welliver and parents Benjamin and Heddie Head. Her survivors are daughter Frieda (Timothy) Chapman of Wichita; stepson Charles (Gail) Welliver of Scottsdale, AZ; grandchildren BreeAna (Mike) Carrillo, Timmy S. Chapman, Brian Welliver and Julia Welliver, Chuck Wappler and Jim Wappler; great grandchildren Giovanni Carrillo and Justin Wappler. Visitation is Friday 6 to 8 pm and funeral service is 3:00 pm Saturday, Dec. 18 at Resthaven Mortuary. Memorial with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
