Amelia Geiger Lesnowski

Amelia Geiger Lesnowski, 71, of Williamsburg, passed away peacefully at home after a long illness in the presence of her loving husband, daughters and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all.

A graduate of South River High School, Amelia went on to attend Trenton State College. She enjoyed membership with Kingsmill Golf and Tennis, as well as Bridge Club. She was also a member of Williamsburg Presbyterian Church.

Amelia was preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Ida Geiger. She is survived by her husband, Joseph J. Lesnowski; daughters, Donna Cowan (husband Martin) and Suzanne Lesnowski (husband Scott); grandchildren, Zachery Cowan, Emily Cowan, Alexandra Robinson and Samantha Robinson; and brother, Philip Geiger (wife Roseann).

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 17 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 18 at Williamsburg Presbyterian Church, 215 Richmond Rd., Williamsburg. Interment will follow at Williamsburg Memorial Park.
