Betty Jo Coberly, 60, of Williamsburg, VA, passed away on April 25, 2026. Born February 9, 1966, in Gloucester, VA, she was preceded in death by her father, Jessie Coberly Sr.; brothers Ronnie, Albert, Russell, and Richard; and her partners, Brian Brondas and Mehmet Celebi.
Betty Jo was both a supervisor and cook for Learn Lily. She was a great cook and especially enjoyed making collard greens and cabbage. She also loved to garden and tried hard to have the best-looking yard in town.
Betty Jo will be missed by her son, Michael Brondas; her siblings, Peggy Lauderman, Debbie Tsitsidopoulos, and Jessie Coberly Jr.; her mother, Peggy Hughes; and her stepfather, Jack Hughes.
