

Carol A. Mann, 80, of Williamsburg, Virginia, passed away at her home on November 11, 2025. She was born on October 11, 1945, in Wahiawa, Hawaii, where she spent her early years before moving to Virginia. She graduated from Osborn High School in Manassas in 1963 where she was a cheerleader and pageant queen.
After high school, Carol worked for several years at the Pentagon, beginning a long pattern of service, professionalism, and commitment that continued throughout her life.
Carol was a long-time member of the Williamsburg Kiwanis Club, where she received a multitude of awards such as the “Tablet of Honor”, and the Korczowski Fuller Award in recognition of her exceptional civic service and leadership to the club. She contributed her time and talents to local events and charitable fundraisers, including the former “Snow Ball” gala and the long-standing “Shrimp Feast.” She served as Kiwanis President between 2001-2002.
Civic involvement was an important part of Carol’s life. Alongside her husband, Joe Allen Mann, she was active in the JCC Republican Party Committee in Williamsburg working on campaigns for local and national political figures.
Carol also built a rewarding career in real estate and became a well-recognized agent in the community.
Earning her multiple acknowledgments as a Top Sales Agent. She retired in 2019.
Carol will be remembered for her steady dedication to her work and family, her community involvement, kindness, grace, and elegance.
Carol is survived by her daughter, Susan Woloszyn; her granddaughter, Alexandra Woloszyn; and her son-in-law, Nick Woloszyn. She is also survived by her siblings, Michelle McGlothlin, Linda Guiterrez, Beverly-Jo Miyasaski, Meredith Ross, Erlyne Rodrigues, Debz Pirtle, and Michael Pirtle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Allen Mann.
A service will be held on Monday, November 24th, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Nelsen Funeral Home in Williamsburg, with a reception to follow. Interment will take place at Williamsburg Memorial Gardens, where Carol will be laid to rest beside her husband, Joe.
