She is survived by her husband, George F. Perkins; sons, Samuel Andrews and Brian Perkins; daughter, Amanda Duckworth; sisters, Shirley Gasque and Peggy Tipton; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, 19300 The Glebe Lane, Charles City, VA on Saturday, February 14 at 1pm.
