Douglas worked in the environmental department at Ft. Eustis, and attended Williamsburg Community Chapel. He was a longtime member of Williamsburg Lion’s Club. He loved gardening and tractors.
He is survived by his wife, Elsie West; son, Glenn West (Amy); daughter, Anita Hadad (Vincent); and grandson, Ryan Hadad.
