Ed Anderson Jr. entered Eternal Rest on Dec. 31st, 2019. He was born in Bloomfield, NJ to Eddie and Impi Anderson, on Dec. 6, 1935.
He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara, of 63 years and his sister, Daisy Horn of Niceville, Fla.
Barbara and Ed wrote a beautiful love story that included five sons and five “daughters": Ed (Judy), Mark (Jill), Tim (Lori), Eric (Tracy), and Dan (Holly); 13 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
Ed was a true Christian who dedicated his life to showing kindness and love to everyone, including his church, and enjoyed playing his guitar for nursing homes in Williamsburg, Va.
Ed earned his BS from the Rutgers School of Business in 1956 while putting himself through college. He served in the Air Force from 1957 - 1960 at Paine Air Force Base, Edmonds, WA. Upon returning to New Jersey, he rarely missed his sons' athletic events while commuting into Long Island, NY for work.
The Greatest Role Model has left us to be Home With The Lord!
