Eric Norman Kampfe

Eric Norman Kampfe, of Williamsburg, passed away on February 4, 2015, at the age of 67. He was a devoted husband, loving father and cherished friend to all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Kampfe and his wife, Elisabeth Kampfe.

Eric served in the U.S. Army and after receiving a Masters of Divinity, he became a pastor. He was also a member of Life Church, as well as a musician, singer, songwriter, poet, artist, and author. Eric also worked in guest relations for Wyndham.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his sons, David Kampfe and his wife, Kristen and Jonathan Kampfe and his wife, Sara; his daughters, Rachel Sneed and her husband, Henry, and Paula Farino and her husband, Anthony; his grandchildren, Joshua Kampfe, Jessica Kampfe, Rebecca Kampfe, Jadon Kampfe, Michael Sneed, Noah Sneed, Josiah Farino, Levi Farino, Benjamin Farino, and Oscar Kampfe; as well as extended family, friends, and colleagues.

A visitation will be held on Monday, February 9 from 10-11am at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg, VA, followed by a service in the chapel beginning at 11am.
