Jeremy Potter

Jeremy was an outdoors person, who loved fishing, hunting, and drag racing. He also loved watching and rooting for the Buffalo Bills football team. He enjoyed going to Baltimore to watch the Yankees play and spending time with his family, who he loved and cared about.

Jeremy is survived by his longtime partner, Michelle Higgins; mother, Laura Watkins and her husband, Barry Watkins; father, Spencer E. Potter and his partner, Judy Simmonette; siblings, Jodi Smith (Lorris) and Bill Bibik; stepson, Kyle Barkle; “adopted” son, Thomas Jones; grandchildren, Gabrielle and Nichole Jones; and many extended family members and a larger circle of friends.

A memorial service will be held Friday, August 23 at 1PM at Nelsen Funeral Home 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg, VA. Memorial contributions may be in Jeremy’s memory to a charity of your choice. Online condolences may be offered at www.nelsencares.com.
