Leona Helen Mulkey

Leona Helen Mulkey died on March 14, 2018. She was 94. Born Leona Helen Zimmerman on August 18, 1923 in Beloit, Kansas to Angela and John Zimmerman. She married the love of her life, Donald (Wally) Mulkey on October 30, 1942, they lived in Beloit, Kansas. For the past 15 years she has lived in Williamsburg, with her daughter Donna Lass. She was preceded in death by her husband and her daughter, Kathy Giddings.

She is survived by her children: Donna Lass of Williamsburg, John and Brenda Mulkey of Overland Park, KS and Lisa Noyes of Newport News, VA. Grandchildren; Christine and Mark Allgood, David and Ann Lass, Gavin, Braden & Jared Mulkey and Cherie Giddings. Great Grandchildren; Colt and Bethany Allgood, Cassie and Gaige Jacobs, Becca Lass and Zachary Lass. Great-Great Grandchildren: Sadie Allgood, Charlotte Allgood and baby Jacobs due in August.

Services will be private with family only. An Easter mass will be held at St. Olaf's Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Olaf's Catholic Church in Norge, VA.
