She was born on August 26, 1933, the daughter of Mr. Dallas and Bertha Graves. She was a member of Saint John’s Baptist Church.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Elbert Wise, Jr.; her son, Walter Wallace; her daughter, Lorraine Reed Hawkins; and her four sisters. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her two daughters, Rosemary Delores Reed and Darcella Ann Reed; her son, Jackie Jerry Wallace; her sister, Edith Elizabeth Graves; and her brother, Dallas Graves, Jr.
A viewing will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, June 25, at St. John’s Baptist Church, 2588 Forge Rd., Toano, VA 23168, followed by a funeral service at 1pm. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
