Neil Louis Carroll Jr., age 89, of Williamsburg, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2023.
A graveside service for Neil will be held Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 11:30 AM at Williamsburg Memorial Park, 130 King William Drive, Williamsburg, Virginia.
