Ruth Eloyce Blevins

She was employed by the U.S. Government in the Army Public Affairs Department. She earned her Associate Degree from Northern Virginia Community College, and was a member of the Toastmasters International. She enjoyed bowling, crafting and membership at Crosswalk Church, where she managed the Caring Card Ministry.

She was predeceased by her mother, Lois O. Williams and brothers Asa Hilliard and Walter Williams, Jr. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Larry R. Blevins; her sons, Christopher Walker (James), Gregory Blevins (Lisa) and Marvin Blevins; her daughters, Valeri Jacoutot (Thomas), Vicki Rehanek (Michael) and Venita Vinson; grandchildren, Chloe Jacoutot, Nicollette Jacoutot, Amber Blevins, Cori Blevins, Jason Rehanek, Justin Rehanek, Josh Blevins, Erik Blevins, Riana Gilbert, Jessica Beck, Marlon Dibble, Jr., and Monica Dibble; her sister, Faye Chipman; and her brother, Rudolph Hilliard.

Service will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Crosswalk Church-Kingsway Campus, 5100 John Tyler Highway, Williamsburg, Virginia.
