Ruth worked in cost accounting for numerous firms in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and was an active member of King of Glory Lutheran Church in Williamsburg.
Ruth loved sailing, skiing, was a skilled seamstress known for decorative needlework. She was also a world traveler, taking trips to various places around the globe, including Europe and Australia.
She is survived by her husband, William Warren; daughters, Debra Allen (Scott), and Patricia Izer; ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, July 11, 2022 at Nelsen Funeral Home, Williamsburg, with a reception to follow. Online condolences may be shared at www.nelsenwilliamsburg.com.
