Beatrice Pauline Goetz

Beatrice Pauline (Moon) Goetz was born October 16, 1913 and went to be with her Heavenly Father on June 1, 2016 at the age of 102 1/2. Beatrice was the daughter of Minnie (Marizke) and Herbert Moon.

Beatrice was a long time faithful member of Memorial Lutheran Church in Williamston; she just loved her church. She also enjoyed knitting booties, hats and bibs in her spare time. Beatrice was happiest when she was able to spend time with her loving family, she was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Beatrice was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lee; and daughters, Constance Martin and Kathleen Goetz. Surviving to cherish her memory are her sons, Phil Goetz and Kendall (Alice) Goetz; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Sunday June 5th, 2016 from 4-7 p.m. at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 205 E. Middle St., Williamston.

The funeral service will be held Monday June 6th, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Memorial Lutheran Church, 1022 W. Grand River, Williamston. Pastor David Voss will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Memorial Lutheran Church.
