Glenn B. Mead

Webberville, Michigan

Born January 6, 1946 to the late Leslie and Gwendolynne (Billings) Mead, Glenn Mead passed away at home on September 19, 2018 at age 72.

Glenn was a graduate of Webberville H.S. in1964. After serving and retiring from the Michigan National Guard, he and his wife Sandy remained in Webberville raising their family. When Glenn wasn’t working in his yard he enjoyed watching old westerns and spending time with his family.

Glenn is preceded in death by his parents Leslie and Gwendolynne, and son Earl John “EJ” Mead. He will be lovingly missed by his wife of 29 years Sandy (Schwein) Mead, sons Jason (Marlene) Mead, Brian (PJ) Cupp, and Eric (Kendra) Cupp, daughters Jennifer (Steve) Williams and Melissa (John) McCurdy, grandchildren Austin and Carter Mead, Chaz and Eden Cupp, Ally, Olivia, Theo and Andrew Williams, and Logan McCurdy, and his sister Sandy (Ron) Hemenway.

Please join the family in celebrating Glenn’s life on Saturday September 22, 2018 at 12:00pm at Vantown Community Church, 3504 E. Howell Rd, Webberville. The family will be welcoming guests one hour prior to the service at the church. The Rev. Terry Turner will be officiating the Celebration of Life.
