Roger Charles Feenstra

Haslett, Michigan

Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on October 26, 2013. He was born January 14, 1938 to Jacob and Elizabeth (Hodge) Feenstra. He was an active member of the Wheatfield United Methodist Church. He retired from Graybell Trucking after many years of service. Roger spent many years in Escanaba, MI and moved to Haslett in his later years. He loved spending time on the water fishing whenever he got the chance. Roger was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Sue in 2011. He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Feenstra; brother, Jack (Ginny) Feenstra; and sister, Elaine (Dave) Deyoung. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 205 E. Middle St., Williamston, MI with the Rev. Jeanne Laimon officiating. Interment will follow at East Lawn Memory Gardens, Okemos, MI. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral Home.
