Born January 7th, 1921, the daughter of Willis and Bertha (Monroe) Hoyland. Virginia passed away on March 17, 2013.
Virginia was a living example of what a good mother is. She was extremely dedicated to her family, and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Virginia retired from Utilex / Stanley Tool where she worked as a laborer for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband; Arlo, grandchildren; Stephen Silsby and Carl Myers. She is survived by her 5 daughters; Arlene (Lawrence “Skip”) Horton, Ida (Dave) Silsby, Janet (Albert) Myers, Karon (Jack) Myers, Linda (Gene) Henrickson, 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday March 20th at 1:00pm at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home, 205 E. Middle St. Williamston, MI. with Pastor Les Kephart of Rowley Wesleyan Church officiating. Interment will follow the service at Webberville Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Funeral Home.
