Edna Thomas Coltrain

Mrs Coltrain retired from Greenville Utilities commission where she worked for over 30 years. She also enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents William Guy and Beatrice Thomas of Williamston, Husband J. C. Coltrain, sister Jeanette Thomas, brothers Guy and Lee Thomas, and brother in law Carlye Langley.

She is survived by a daughter Deborah Muise and husband Rob of Greenville, son Thomas Coltrain and wife Jan of Grifton, son William Coltrain and wife Selena of Grimesland and sister Frances Langley of Shelbyville TN. 5 grandchildren Robbie Muise and wife Molly of Greenville, David Coltrain and wife Meggan of Raleigh, Jonathan Coltrain and wife Faith of Wilson, Tobby Wainwright of Grimesland, and Lauri Newman of Asheville., 5 great grandchildren Madison Muise, Katelyn and Alyssa Wainwright, Skyler Coltrain and Elder Newman, nieces Carlene Chambers and husband Ray of Richardson TX, and Maureen and Scott Garrett of Normandy TN.

A graveside service will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM at Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 6-8:00 PM at Biggs Funeral Home. Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to Ronald McDonald House 529 Moye Blvd Greenville NC 27834.
