Mr. Elbert McCoy Manning,80, went to be with his Lord on Friday, August 12, 2016. Funeral Services will be Sunday at 3:00 P.M. at Holly Springs Methodist Church.Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 6-8 P.M. at Biggs Funeral Home in Williamston, N.C. .
