Gail Beach Jones

Gail Beach Jones, 57, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, November 30,2011. She lost her courageous battle with cancer after twelve and a half years. The funeral service will be held Friday at 11 :00 AM at the First Christian Church with Rev Karen Kelly and Rev Jim Horton officiating; burial will follow at Martin Memorial Gardens.

Gail was born on February 14, 1954 in Martin County. She was the daughter of Peggy Beach Crisp and the late Thurman Beach. She was a member of the First Christian Church and had worked with Pittard Perry & Crone. On November 28, 1982 she married Carroll Jones Jr who survives. Survivors in addition to her husband are a daughter Kristin Jones of Wilmington, mother Peggy Beach Crisp of Everetts, sister Brenda Beach Rapin and husband Jim of Williamston, brother Ricky Beach and wife Ginger of Williamston, several nieces and nephews and many, many caring friends. She was preceded in death by her step father Ronald Crisp.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:30 - 8:30 PM at Biggs Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
