Mollie Peaks Roberson

Mollie Peaks Roberson, 84, died Monday December 10, 2012 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. The funeral service will be held Thursday at 2:00 PM at Maple Grove Christian Church with Jay Hardison officiating; burial will follow at the Tice Cemetery.

Mrs Roberson was born November 21, 1928 in Martin County daughter of the late Wheeler Foster and Carrie Rogers Peaks. She was retired from Lilley International where she worked as a bookkeeper for many years. She was a member of the Maple Grove Christian Church.

On November 11, 1962 she married Henry T Roberson who preceded her in death on October 13, 2003. Survivors are a daughter Sherry Rawls of Williamston, Sons Benjamin Roberson of Durham and Larry Whitehurst of Garner, sisters Alice Rhodes of Williamston and Flossie Price of Zebulon, 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-8:00 PM at the church and other times at home of Sherry Rawls 9111 NC Hwy 171 Williamston NC
