Sorry to hear about the passing of David. He,  as well as the whole Halterman family,  have had a major impact on the Rodriguez family thru the years. A donation has been made in his honor per requested.

One of my best childhood memories, was when I was eight and  broke my leg . My  cast went  halfway up my thigh.  It was a sweltering hot summer and both of my sisters were in your pool. You couldn’t handle that I was so miserable and you went in the house and got a giant brown garbage bag. You came outside and tied that bag around my cast. You looked at me, and with that laugh of yours you told me to hold my breath. You picked me up and dunked me upside down in your pool. This may be one of my best childhood memories and it just goes to show how you were always happiest by making others happy. I will miss you and I pray that God gives comfort to Amy and Richie. Rest in Peace, Uncle Dave.

I am so saddened by the news of Dave’s passing. I will always remember swimming in his pool as kids, playing Candy Land with him  and endless summer nights  cooking on the grill.  I will miss the sound of his laughter and his kind heart. Sending deepest condolences to his family.

I am so sorry to learn of the loss of cousin David. He was such a kind, gentle soul. I enjoyed the few times over recent years that he came to visit in Massachusetts. One of my fondest memories was of us all at Bob & Janet’s home for a family barbecue and a game of croquet. Dave was poking fun of Massachusetts corn in comparison to NY corn. He had such a great sense of humor and was so kind. I could always count on him for exchanging Christmas cards each year. I will truly miss him.

My condolences to the family.   Dave will be greatly missed.  We were friends for over 64 years. Our friendship will never be forgotten. What  a great loss!
