Dave and I were classmates in highschool at Frewsburg. We were debate partners for several years. I had lost track of him since but I am happy to hear from the memories on here that his friends and family found him to be as I did a warm and caring individual. I am sure he will be missed and my thoughts and prayers are with his family.

So sorry to hear the news of Dave's passing. I met Dave in 1971 at TCU in Fort Worth, Texas during new student orientation and quickly became good friends. Always enjoyed discussing politics, economics and TCU sports over dinner at the student cafeteria. He was respected and well like by everyone he met. After college we stayed in contact via the phone over the years as we shared a common birthday, always keeping each other updated about our jobs, our families and kids and talking about politics, economics and TCU sports. My wife and I are praying for Dave's family during this difficult time. Rest in Peace my Friend. Ron Stricklin

Connected by the marriage of my daughter (Mary) to David’s son (Jeff) , I found Dave to be a thoughtfully principled and peaceful man, gentle and ever quietly caring for family and friends. I was enriched to share many good times and moments with Dave the past decade plus..... eternally appreciated.

My sincere condolences to Dave's family. He was a class of 65 classmate of mine at FCS and a good friend throughout high school. I always enjoyed our political discussions, he coming from one side, and me coming from the other. RIP David.
