Daughter of the late Nora Douglass and Michael J. Hughes, Jr, of Buffalo, New York. Sister of the late Kathleen Hughes, Michael “Jay” (Nancy), and Claire Powers. Survived by Ann (Michael) D’Antonio and Douglas (late Pat) Hughes. Beloved wife of the late Augustino (Andy / Gus). Devoted mother to Barbara, Elizabeth, Mark (Diane), Suzanne Marie “Suzie” Lewis (late Bill), Andrea (Mike Walker), Andrew (Sandy), and Matthew (Lisa) Graziano; grandmother to Sam and Tom (Nicole) Graziano, Sean, Ben (Jessica), Steven (Melissa) Lewis, Rebecca (nee Paruta) (Spencer Brigham), Amanda, and Sara Paruta, Robin (nee Graziano) (Carl Haseler) and Adam Graziano, Elizabeth “Izzy” and Michael Graziano. Great-grandmother to Gus and Ruthie Lewis, Jackson and Hudson Lewis, and Cameron Brigham. Survived by many beautiful nieces and nephews.
A Christian Burial Mass will be held at St. Peter and Paul’s Roman Catholic Church, 5480 Main Street, Williamsville, NY 14221, on June 27, 2025 at 10 AM. Please assemble at the church. Interment will immediately follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Please join a celebration for Eileen afterward at Union Pub, The Ellicott Square Building, 295 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14203
