My condolences go out to the entire Miller family. Eric and I were classmates at Fort Schuyler. Freshman year we were paired together for Physics lab, he was a great partner. Upon graduation we stayed in touch over the years and we last saw each other in 2011 in Long  Beach, Ca. Eric's ship was in port, as was mine, and we managed to get together in town. We continued to stay in touch, thanks to facebook, and tried to meet again in Bremerhaven, Germany.

My deepest condolences go out to Scott, Don and the entire Miller family on Eric’s passing.  Qasim’s sentiments were spot on.  Eric was a great person and was really an older brother to me for a good portion of my childhood.  I vividly recall spending most summers of my early childhood on Mahogany with Eric and Scott.   As we grew older and moved into our high school years, Eric always remained a role model and a source of support.  Lots of great memories…….  I was, and remain, so very sorry to hear of his passing at such a young age.  Scott and Don, I’m sorry we couldn’t be there to provide our support in person but please know that our family is keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers.

I am sorry to hear of Eric’s passing. I worked with him at Boaters World in Las Vegas many years ago. He always made work fun and enjoyable. He always messaged me on my birthday all these years later he was a good guy. RIP Eric.

I was a close friend of Lynn's , and Eric was a really great person - to her , and a friend to me . My deepest condolences to Eric's family and friends 💙

Im deeply saddened to hear of your brothers loss. My sincere condolences to you and your family.

I've known Eric since early grade school.   Hanging out on Mahogany playing street hockey as little kids.  Capture the flag East side versus West side of Mahogany. Swimming in the pool.   He'd never deny a ride a home from HS at Wmsvl East, packing a host of us in the Aerostar minivan .   He was funny, smart, and always wore his as heart on a sleeve. He was a good friend who go out of his way to help the people he loved and cared about . No matter how long in between times we got to spend together, when we did it seemed like there was no gap in time in between. A true friend.  He achieved greatness in his career and was an adventurer around the world, right out of high school he decided on his career and went full out force and achieving greatness in it.  He was a genuine person and friend that will truly be missed, and always be loved. My deepest condolences to Scotty his dad and his family.

Eric was such a great guy, and a wonderful friend. He was always quick witted and very caring. We have known him our entire life, and he was always there for us. We will miss him dearly.

Bill and I were so sorry to hear about Eric's passing. He always had a big smile and friendly greeting when we would meet.  Don and Scott, our prayers are with you.
