Richard T. Munzert, age 82, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his wife of 59 years, Maureen (nee O’Donnell) Munzert; loving father of Molly (David) Darnley, Sean (Mary) Munzert and Timothy Munzert; cherished Papa of Thomas Darnley, Katie (Ryan) Collins, Adam McPherson, Benjamin McPherson and the Munzert boys: Patrick, Matthew, Michael and Seany; also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Dick will be remembered for his many, many stories, and always telling it like it is. He was a firefighter with the Buffalo Fire Department for over 30 years. Relatives and friends may visit Perna, Dengler, Roberts Funeral Home, 1671 Maple Rd., Williamsville, on Friday (September 16, 2022) from 4-8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at SS. Peter & Paul Church, 5480 Main St., Williamsville, on Saturday (September 17, 2022) at 9:30am. Please assemble at church.
