Mrs. Richman. Such a great woman she taught us all. She did so much for my handicapped brother helped to get him in a special school in Missouri after my mother died. He had special needs. She would always call me in her office for a chat and all the excellent supervision guidance and classes especially taught science by Me. Baker among other subjects helped me to pursue a medical legal career for my whole life. She always had time for her students I am the class of 1972 and would go to visit her and this fine school. She is a woman of high excellence and achievement for all her students and I thank Lord God for this remarkable woman. My brother died in Missouri at age 26 but he was cared for the rest of his life because of her. Thank you Richman family for giving us this wonderful woman to teach care and guide us toward excellent futures. Our most deepest condolences to Mrs. Richmond's family from the Cintron-Feliciano family: Gloria Cintron, Saturnino Cintron, Mary Cintron, David Cintron, Peter Cintron, Rosemary Cintron, Ruth Cintron, Betsaida  Cintron, John Cintron and Mildred Cintron. Mrs. Richmond will always remain in our hearts as a most special person. She is so very loved by each and everyone of us.

...I, we owe her so much for what we've become as responsible  adults. We will miss her dearly. We will meet again , but not yet Mrs. Richmond, but not yet. A true friend and educator.

I just found out our beloved Mrs. Richman passed away. I too was at Talcott in 1963 and remembered when she replaced Mr. Ike our former principal,i thought she was amazing and so graceful. She taught me one thing she would say Louise always be a lady! Well i am so glad i got to see her at my childrens school Chopin, i think it was Principals Day and it was like i was a little girl again back at Talcott. I will never forget her or that moment. GOD BLESS YOU MRS. RICHMAN YOU ARE A TRUE LADY1! My condolences to your family.We were lucky to have her i was lucky to have her for 8 years, class of 1972.

My deepest sympathies the the Richman Family. May she rest in peace. I was part of her special class as she called the class of 1972, because she came to us in 1963, when we were lst starting school ourselves, she was the Special person so kind to everyone the students and the staff all loved her. After I finished High School I would go back for a visit and even after I had children of my own i would go just to see her , I will never forget her, just like she never forgot me, or her Smile that light up the room, you will be deeply missed.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Richman family.  May God bless you during your time of sorrow.  What can one say about Ms. Richman?  We all all loved her! As a former Talcott student, Ms. Richman always showed us how much she cared for all of us, students and staff.  I am grateful that she was a part of my life and she will always be special to me.

Dearest Mrs. Richman:

I have many fond memories of you through the years. Whenever  I came to Talcott you would say "How is Margie doing?" With a big hug. Or ask my parent's about me. The Talcott family was a significant part of so many of our lives.

You got me my job with CPS and I'm still at it, 30+ years and I forever grateful.

Rest peacefully Mrs. Richman...

Because of Marcella Richman,I am the person that I am today. Caring,considerate,empathetic,artistic,and wise;she taught me the meaning of what it meant to be a teacher. I won't forget-I'll continue to do what she enabled me to do ; to have a "heart "for children.

I went to Talcott and graduated in 1976. Mrs. Richman was a great principal. RIP. You will not be forgotten.

I attended Talcott as well as my daughter Larissa and my son Ribo. Mrs. Richman was very loved by us. She was truly a beautiful caring person who really cared about her faculty and her students. She will be sorely missed but what a great influence on us all. Thank you Mrs. Richman for your unconditional love and dedication to us all at Talcott. May you rest in peace.

My father, Jerome Wachter (deceased), worked with Marcella Richman for many years at Talcott School. I will always remember Marcella as a warm and strong presence. My mother, Muriel Wachter, also sends her sympathy to Marcella's family at this time of mourning and remembering.
