
Phyllis "Fela" Dicker, 102, Holocaust Survivor; beloved wife and best friend of the late Max Dicker; mother of Pearl "Betty" Holcomb; loving daughter of the late Moshe and Perla Kejzman; devoted sister of the late Jessie (Harry) Norman; dedicated aunt of Morris (Julie) Norman; cherished great-aunt of Alexander (Chelo) Norman, Simone (Jeremy) Goldman, Karen (Zvi) Goffer, Michelle Norman, and Natalie Norman; treasured great - great aunt of Rebecca and Daniel Norman, and Jesse, Jordan, and Sophie Goldman; a dear friend of many. Phyllis was well-known and loved by many at her residence, Park Plaza. She enjoyed spending time with her friends, playing cards and spending quality time with her extended family.
