Ruth Veit nee Koch died on June 29 at age 100 years. She was married to the late Sigi Veit for over 70 years. She is survived by her son Barry (Julie) Veit and daughter Deb (Dr. Loren) Hutter; her grandchildren Rachel (Daniel Zien), Aaron (Tiffany) Veit, Becky (Brad Kosner), Emily (Josh Zadikoff), Jason (Marla) Veit, and Matthew (Jori) Hutter; and 14 great-grandchildren. Ruth was preceded in death by her sister Lila (Koch) Williamson.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, July 1, 2025 11:00 AM at Oak Ridge Cemetery (enter second gate marked Oak Ridge Jewish), 4301 W Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162.
