

Jane “Linda” Jangaon of Wilmington, California entered eternal life on June 21, 2013 at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 3, 1943 in Hilo Hawaii, to the late Philomena Tolentino and Casimiro Del Rosario. She was the middle and only daughter of 5 siblings. She graduated from Phineas Banning High in 1958 and is survived by husband Artemio “Art” Jangaon Sr who she married on July 21, 1962.She was employed by Atkinson Stedco Photo Lab in Hollywood and Ports O’ Call in San Pedro before becoming a housewife and retiring to take care of her family. With community and volunteer work as her passion she participated in PTA and Miss Softball America before joining Lions Club International Organization. She was elected Treasurer and Secretary for Kayumanggi Lions Club in the South Bay while doing volunteer work at Beacon Light Mission. Linda is survived by: her eldest and only daughter, Rosalie Jangaon, two sons Artemio “Art” Jangaon Jr. and Alfred Jangaon, only grandson Jordan Jangaon, brothers Rudy Morton of Waco, Texas, Alexander Del Rosario of Seaside, California, and Romeo Del Rosario of Murrieta, California. She is preceded in death by brother William Gutieb of Las Vegas, Nevada. Linda also leaves behind numerous brothers and sisters’ in-laws, nieces and nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, friends and acquaintances. She will be sorely missed.
