

Lennis Chambers was born February 25,1939 in San Pedro California to Lennis Arnold Chambers Sr. and Dorothy Burney-Chambers.
He attended and graduated from Phineas Banning High School in1957. Right out of High School, Lennis joined the Air Force and was discharged in August of 1963. He married Bernice Ashford and they together
raised four children in Wilmington, California. He worked at the Chicken of the Sea International Fish Cannery on Terminal Island until his retirement in the mid 1990's. He has continues to live in his home of over 50 years in Wilmington, California until the day he took his last breath.
Lennis is survived by his children, James Chambers and his wife Gail Chambers, their son James Chambers, Jr., his son Michael Chambers, Olivia, and his son Michael Anthony Chambers, his daughter Tracy Mosley, her husband Everett Mosley and their children Michelle Mosley, KeRon Mosley, and Nichelle Mosley, the children of our late brother Lennis Chambers III, Lennis Chambers and Erica Sanchez, great grand children Kalvin Lee Mosley, Amaya Lilly Mosley, Avree Mari Duncan-McGee, Izek Moses Ybarra,
Amiyah Remy Ybarra, Nyla Nicole Sanchez and the late Joe Anthony Michael Sanchez.His eldest brother John Chambers and his children Crystal Brereton, Sherry Chambers and Eric Chambers, his youngest brother Terry Chambers, his wife Barbara Chambers and their children Victoria Jefferson, Allison Flanagan, and Lakisha Porter. There are a host of cousins and other relatives, and friends that were all fond of our dad.
Lennis cherished his family so very much: he will truly be missed by us All.
