It is with profound heartbreak that we announce the passing of our beloved Christine Margaret Rossini, born October 19, 1988, who went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 13, 2026, at the age of 37. While our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing she is now in the arms of Jesus, surrounded by His perfect love and peace.
Christine grew up in Holliston, Massachusetts and graduated from Holliston High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maine, Orono. She built a meaningful and successful career, most recently serving as an Internal Communications Manager at Compassion International. She resided in Charlotte, North Carolina and previously lived and worked in Washington, District of Columbia and Wilmington, North Carolina.
Christine was a devoted daughter, a loving sister, an incredible friend and the greatest aunt any child could ask for. Her love for her family was unwavering and she would do anything for those she loved. She was truly one of a kind, beautiful both inside and out, with a warmth and light that drew people to her wherever she went. Her smile was contagious and she had a remarkable ability to brighten any room simply by entering.
She was kind, thoughtful and deeply compassionate, always putting others first. Christine had a gift for making people feel seen, valued and loved, often sensing what others needed before they even knew themselves.
Christine had a vibrant spirit and a deep love for the outdoors. She was athletic and adventurous, finding joy in hiking, boating and spending time at the beach. Some of her most treasured memories were made in Maine, where she spent countless vacations and weekends with family, enjoying lake life, campfires and the beauty of nature. She also had an effortless sense of style, always beautifully put together, reflecting her grace and personality.
Christine was an inspiration to so many. Her strength, kindness and encouragement lifted others up and left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her. Though we grieve deeply, we hold onto the promise of eternal life and the assurance that we will one day be reunited with her.
Christine is survived by her parents, Thomas and Patrice (Di Senso) Rossini; her siblings, Stephen Rossini and his wife, Renee, and Shawna Rossini; her nieces and nephews, Carly, Genevieve, Luke, Harrison, and Josslyn Rossini; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 26 at 3:00 p.m. at Lifepoint Church Pine Valley, 3600 College Road, Wilmington, North Carolina 28412. In honor of Christine’s beautiful spirit, please celebrate her by wearing colorful clothing. We will be receiving guests following the ceremony.
