August 9, 1944 – January 25, 2025
JC Parker of Hampstead, NC went to be with the Lord and his wife, Sylvia, on January 25, 2025 following a brief illness.
He was born in Dunn, NC to the late Calvin and Earlene Parker.
JC worked as a Corrections Officer and retired after 31 years.
He married Sylvia Jones and they had three children, Ronald, Kenneth and Donald. His favorite hobby was fishing and he went as often as he could with his son, Donald.
JC is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Sylvia, and two sons, Ronald and Kenneth and one great-grandson.
He leaves behind his son, Donald and his favorite daughter-in-law, Susie; also his sister, Glenda West, six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, his beloved dog, Trixie, and special friend, Shirley Carroll.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Barlow Vista Baptist Church at 1:00 pm. The Church is located at 22340 US-17 Hampstead, NC 28443. Reverend David Chambers will be officiating the service.
