John Edward Coston Jr.

He was born August 2, 1942 to the late John Edward Coston Sr and Annie Coston Zatkiewicz.

John loved hunting and spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by sister, Patricia Coston Delgenio.

Survived by sons, Allen Coston of Moorefield, WV, Greg Coston and wife, Michelle of Leland, NC, and Michael Coston and wife, Heidi of Jacksonville, NC; brother, Allen Wade Coston of Leland, NC and sisters, Shelby Pickett of Jacksonville, NC and Toni Wilkerson of Virginia; six grandchildren, Samantha Coston, Hunter Lee Coston, Hunter Maurer, Briar Coston, Destiny Coston and Michael Brown and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1:00PM to 2:00PM on Saturday October 1, 2011 at the Coble Ward – Smith Funeral Home, 3915 Oleander Drive Wilmington, NC 28403.

A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00PM on Saturday October 1, 2011 in the Chapel.

The family would especially like the thank Dr. Foster and Staff at UNC Chapel Hill Cancer Hospital for all their loving care.
