Joyce Boswell

Marie is survived by her husband of 67 years, Dorse Boswell; six children, Donnie Boswell Sr. (Linda), Larry Boswell (Brenda), Pamela Wilder (Willis), Gregory Boswell (Sherry), Michele “Cookie” Cowin (Doug) and Philip Boswell (Bonnie); ten grandchildren, Tammy, Donnie Jr., Amanda, Heather, Brian, Tiffany, Michael, Jeremy, Douglas Jr., Whitney and Ashleigh and ten great grandchildren.

Marie was a lover of flowers and enjoyed spending her time in her yard. She was a devoted mother who lived her life for her children. She loved to tell everyone she met how her kids were the “best kids in the world.” She will be missed everyday by all that loved her but she is no longer in pain and is rejoicing in her new body.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Friday, November 27 at Coble Ward-Smith Funeral Service. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m., prior to the service on Friday.
