Norine was born in Bladen County, NC daughter of Orrell and Janie Taylor Kelly on July 16, 1931,
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Carter; sisters, Marian Willetts and Bonnie Malpass; brother, Danny Kelly.
Norine is survived by her sister, Shelby Cox and her husband Jimmie of Pinehurst, NC; step-daughter, Sandra Collins of GA; niece, Sherry Griffin and her husband Eddie of Castle Hayne, NC; nephews: Sherrill Britt and his wife Laura of Pinehurst, NC, Tate Malpass and his wife Sharon of Baytown, TX and John Malpass and his wife Jennifer of Baytown, TX and Danny Kelly of Wilmington, NC.
Visitation for Norine will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Coble Funeral & Cremation Service at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1155 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, North Carolina 28412.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the Coble Chapel with Pastor Joshua Reilly officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
