Peggy Jean Griffin Robertson

Peggy Jean Griffin Robertson of Carolina Beach, NC died Friday, February 22, 2013 at her residence. She was born January 8, 1931 in Davidson, NC. Peggy was very dedicated to her family. She managed the family Motel "Salt Air" for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents John C. Griffin, Sr. and Lula B. Starnes Griffin. Also her children Deborah Kent Robertson and John Kent Robertson II. Surviving are her Daughter, Nora J. Robertson Stallings of Siler City, NC; Grandchildren, Ricky L. Stallings Jr. and wife Lori of Sophia, NC, and Brittany R. Stallings of Mebane, NC; Great-Grandchildren, Cooper and Colton Stallings of Sophia, NC; Brothers, John C. Griffin Jr. and wife Juanita of Charlotte, NC, and Richard T. Griffin of Carolina Beach, NC; and Nephews, John C. Griffin III of Raleigh, NC, and Joel B. Griffin and wife Donna Boatright of Charlotte, NC. The family will receive visitors from 6-8pm, Monday, February 25, 2013, at Andrews Mortuary Valley Chapel in Wilmington. The funeral service will be held at 2pm, Tuesday, February 26, 2013, also at Andrews Mortuary Valley Chapel. The burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
