Richard Christopher Jr., age 48, passed away of natural causes on April 23, 2025. He was born in Birmingham, AL on June 3, 1976, to Richard Lee Christopher Sr. and Cheryl Taylor. He was preceded in death by his mother's Cheryl and Donna and his brother Joe.
Richard was a former law enforcement Detective, motor officer and K9 in North Carolina. Most recently he was a heavy diesel mechanic for Clarke Power Services. He loved his job, the company and his coworkers. His favorite things were his Norse faith, his cats and dog, being in nature and riding his motorcycle. His two daughters, his stepson, daughter, grandson and wife were his world. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Mona Christopher; daughters: Analee and Abby; stepchildren: Zack and Jaimee; grandson: Lucien; father: Richard Christopher Sr; brothers: Brandon, Matt and Jesse.
Funeral Service will be held on May 24, 2025, from 11am to 1pm at Coble Funeral and Cremation Service at Greenlawn Memorial Park. 1155 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington NC.
