

Ronnie was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He shared 64 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Graciela (Alveo) Bost, a testament to a life built on love, commitment, and partnership.
He is survived by his son, Charles “Chuck” Bost, and his wife, Janet; his daughter, Juanita (Bost) Ryan; and his cherished grandchildren, Michael Ryan, Donovan Ryan, Charles J. Bost, and Thomas Bost and his wife, Jaquelin. He also leaves behind his great-grandson, Patrick Ryan, who brought him immense pride and joy.
Ronnie honorably served his country in the United States Army for 20 years, retiring as a Sergeant First Class. As a Signal Corps specialist, he was stationed at various locations throughout his distinguished career, including Panama, Germany, and West Point, where he concluded his service. His dedication, discipline, and patriotism were evident in all he did.
Ronnie will be remembered for his steadfast love for his family, his strong sense of duty, and the quiet strength that defined his life. He leaves behind a legacy of honor, loyalty, and devotion that will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A service to celebrate Ronnie’s life will be held on May 26 at 2:00 PM at the Basilica Shrine of St. Mary. He will be inurned in the columbarium with military honors following the service.
