hey dad, it’s been almost 3 years now and idk I feel like I should finally write something on here lol. You’ve been gone for a while but it still has been processed yet. I turned 18 a month ago, it’s crazy I hate being an adult lol, I miss you a lot and Saul does too but we’re a lot like you and don’t like bringing up stuff that we have no control over, it’s been hard but I’ve done all I can to make you proud and I’m still doing that no matter what. Every single time I accomplish something I always look forward to telling you so I pray and hope that you’re listening. Don’t freak out but I have a boyfriend lol. He’s super sweet and I love him with all my heart and I think you would’ve loved him. He loves anime, Star Wars, comic books all the things you like. He’s so patient with me it’s crazy lol, he lets me talk about you and cry too and he never judges me about it. I’ve also gotten a job learn how to manage money and I graduated a whole year early I just know you would’ve been proud of that one but like father like daughter I decided not to get some fancy college degree I still love art no matter what and I will become a tattoo artist! I know you would have matured me about it like you did a million times but unfortunately your little girl grew up and figured out how to stop doing that pleasing people thing and just “ride the wave” lol. Every morning our day started with quiet empty offices, except for one mover that was always crazy early.  That was Saul.  When he first interviewed having moved here from Florida, he hardly spoke but yes ma'am and no.  It took months for him to let down his guard and blend in with our work family.  Once he did we were hooked!  He was a goofy and funny and sarcastic guy.  We all knew he adored his teenage daughter and little boy.  He had pictures and words like "she's perfect" and "he's my best bud"  when asked about his kids.  Lunch times where never quiet- he loved the hot, spicy stuff.    Saul and Bossman shared that.  When he quit caffeine and Mike gave him an energy drink( x2) = good Lord- Saul about bounced literally off the walls on a job .  LOL     He became  comfortable enough to tease Bosslady about politics and that darn monkey pox vaccine that he was NOT getting.  Yep, he was one of us, one of our family.  As we hurt and miss him realizing the last time we saw him was really just that, we can only imagine how devastated you all are.   We are sorry for your loss but like you,  we know that Saul was an extraordinary gift while he was here.

I worked with Saul at East Coast Moving.  He was always so nice and I enjoyed seeing him.  I will miss him.
