I spent a lot of time at Granny and Grandpa Lacy's house when I was a child and Aunt Sandy and Aunt Mel still lived at home. I remember that she always had her hair fixed and had, what seemed to me, a million cute dresses. I will always remember that Aunt Sandy and Uncle Ronnie were married on my birthday, which I though was really special. She always seemed so happy when she talked about Ronnie Jr., Kimberly, and her grandchildren. She obviously adored each and every one of them. My deepest condolences to Uncle Ronnie, Ronnie Jr., Kimberly, and the rest of Aunt Sandy's family and friends.

Sandy, Mel and I were childhood friends, together almost everyday. I loved the whole family. Mitty and my sister Louise were friends.

The cue said share your memory. I have so many memories of Sandy. Too many to share here. She was only a few years older than me so Sandy, Meldy, my brother Al and I pretty much grew up together. We played kick-the-can under the street light. We played tiddly winks together. So many good memories. I feel honored to have been her nephew. Peace be with her now.
