Sianna Ruth Stanley, known by all as “Cece”, born to the late Elvin Aldo Stanley and Alneeta Renee Stanley. Sianna graduated from E.A. Laney High School. Sianna was a member of the cheerleading squad from her 9-12 grade year and served as cheer captain her senior year.
She was adored by all her peers. Her favorite High School teacher was Mr. Dallas Brown whom she loved. Sianna attended Cape Fear Community College and Stanley Community College where she pursued her early education degree. Sianna had a special anointing for little children. She worked for “Young Memories of a Child” Daycare for two years.
Sianna was a faithful lifetime member of Miracle Rock Ministries. This church was founded by her Grandmother Pastor Annie George. Sianna’s praise and worship dancing blessed many people and she was often invited to other churches to dance.
Sianna was a family girl. She was blessed to have many travels with her Aunt Trina and Uncle Zack. Sianna had two special dogs, “Cupcake” and “Lola” whom she loved. (Honorable mention: “Teddy.”) Sianna had lots of special friends who loved and cherished her.
Sianna during her life loved God and served Him with all of her heart and mind. She often laughed at Pastor Christopher Nixon when he said, “Ain’t God Good” who served as her spiritual father. Sianna loved laughing with her cousin Kristoff, and making jokes.
Other favorite times were spending time with her God-Parents James & Faye Brock watching movies, and eating steaks. But by far Sianna’s most intimate time was spent with her “Bruda” D’Aldo and her best friend and love of her life “Moma” Alneeta.
She will be missed so much. Thank you so much Jesus for assigning Alneeta Stanley the job of caring for Sianna Ruth Stanley…a true friend of God. “The blessing of the Lord (Sianna Ruth Stanley) has made my life rich, and she added no sorrow to it.” Proverbs 10:22
