Stephanie Ann Carroll Barrows

Stephanie Ann Carroll Barrows, 56 of Pollocksville, NC, went to Heaven , Thursday June 23, 2011. Stephanie is the daughter of John Joseph Carroll, II and Barbara McMahon Carroll. Stephanie was born in Long Island, NY, December 5, 1954. She was preceded in death by her Beloved mother Barbara McMahon Carroll and most recently she experienced the loss of her loving brother and friend Judge John J. Carroll III and her father John J. Carroll II. Stephanie is survived by her children, Martine Barrows-Protas, Anthony Barrows, and Gabrielle Barrows. She also leaves behind her grandchildren; Laurana, Leah, Josie, and Isabella, her beloved animals, Molly, Sophie, Libby, and Sam, 4 sisters, 1 brother and 6 nieces and 4 nephews. The lives of Steffi's loved ones are forever changed by her death. Stephanie is an incredible woman, loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Stephanie and her Mother Barbara shared the same philosophy of life which is to ""Live Life Joyfully, with Faith and Courage and Love one another and take care of each other"". Stephanie will always be remembered for the joy, love and laughter she gave to everyone. A graveside service will be held at 3:30 PM, Monday, June 27, 2011 at Oleander Memorial Gardens.
