He is preceded in death by his mother, Christine Carter Hall, and his father, Thomas Edwin Hall I.
He is survived by his wife, Amy Madeline Hall; children, Pamela Diane Harris, Virginia Kay Hall, James Thomas Hall; three grandchildren; sisters, Brenda Olski and Lynn Burkee.
A graveside funeral service will be Friday at 10:00am at the Coastal Carolina Veterans Cemetery, Jacksonville, NC. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Coble Ward-Smith Funeral and Cremation Service.
