Tracy Lynn Ramsey

Tracy Lynn Ramsey, 42, passed away December 2, 2012. She was born November 27, 1970, in Wilmington to Louis Ronald and Wanda Moore Ramsey. Tracy was preceded in death by her son, David Phillip Ward Jr.; brother, Louis “Louie” Ramsey Jr.; grandparents, Charles and Margaret Moore and Elmer and Christine Ramsey; a special cousin, Mickey Jones; and

a special Aunt Edna Moore Brannan.

In addition to her parents Tracy is survived by her boyfriend, David Phillip Ward Sr.; daughter, Kristyn Faith Ramsey; nephew, Terry Ramsey; niece, Tosha Ramsey; special aunts, Sandy Jones and Pat Norris; special uncles, Ray and Eddie Moore; and numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive friends Friday, December 7, 2012 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Coble Ward-Smith, Oleander Chapel. The funeral service will be held Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 2:00pm at Coble Ward-Smith, Oleander Chapel. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Wilmington, NC.
