Vincent Peter Spano, 81 of Wilmington, NC passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at Novant Health Regional Medical Center. He was born April 27, 1942 in New York to Vincenzo Spano and Mary Ann Coretto Spano, both deceased.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Eileen Spano of the home, daughter Tracie Chuisano and husband John of Wilmington, NC; sons: Vincent Spano Jr. and wife Jennifer of New York, Joseph Spano and wife Lisa of Angier, NC; Beloved Paah to his eight grandchildren: Johnny Chuisano, Nick Chuisano, James Spano, Mikey Chuisano, Vincent Spano, Bobby Spano, Isabella Spano and Jackson Spano; a sister, brother and cousins; best friend for over 70 years and other brother for life, Jack Parisi.
He was an avid golfer even got a hole in one! His grandchildren were his greatest achievements, he was so proud of all of them. He always said "there is nothing we can't do".
A Visitation will be held from 10am to 11am on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Coble Funeral & Cremation Service, 1155 Shipyard Boulevard, Wilmington, NC 28412. A Memorial service will follow at 11am with a catered meal.
