
HENRY FOREST FLOWERS III Henry Forest Flowers III, 60, beloved husband of Patricia “Pam” Mercer Flowers, of Wilson, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2015. Born in Smithfield, October 29, 1954, a son of the late Henry Forest Flowers Jr. and Virginia Ann Featherston Flowers, he had been employed as a registered nurse at Nash General Hospital. Besides his wife Pam, he is survived by his daughters; Dawn Bloomquist and her husband Eli of Tacoma, WA, Leah Michelle Flowers of Seattle, WA, and Meagan Wooten and her husband Chris of Wilson; his grandchildren, Adam Bloomquist, Olivia Wooten, Eliza Wooten, and Kate Wooten; his sister, Ruth Flowers Godwin and her husband Mike of Wilson; his brothers, Thomas Gregory Flowers and his wife Marchelle of Raleigh and James B. Flowers Sr. and his wife Donna of Stantonsburg; his special aunt, Carolyn Vargas of Raleigh, his special nieces and nephews, Carrie Boykin, Anna Godwin, and James Boyce Flowers II. He also leaves his aunt, Barbara Flowers of Wilson; an uncle, Daniel Featherston of Roxboro, and Janie Barroso of Mexico. Funeral services will be private and are under the direction of Thomas-Yelverton at Evergreen Memorial Park, 2704 Nash St., Wilson.
